Bio

Joshua Opoku Agyemang also known as Josh or The IoT Evangelist is the Co-Founder and President of the IoT Network Hub – Africa, an organization that started in 2016 and now has over grown to over 10,000 members comprising of engineers, developers, researchers, students and tech enthusiast across 10 African countries. The IoT Network Hub is on a mission to explore emerging technologies in solving Africa’s problems by Africans.

Josh was recognized by African Entrepreneurship Award in 2018 as one of the Entrepreneurs with the Most Significant and Sustainable Business Idea in Africa; He was featured in the “50 Home Grown African Innovations Tackling Covid-19” by United Nation Development Program Ai4Dev Magazine and featured in “The 100th Issue: 100 Innovations, inventions and Icons from Africa” by Forbes Africa.

When Josh is not running the IoT Network Hub, he can be found setting up makerspaces, training especially youth in robotics and leading a community of readers community named Readersity. He is the founder of Pesonet LLC a Tech startup and moderator of several tech related networks.
